Having successfully completed the recent upgrade of the 8th Floor on this building we are extremely excited to be returning there to commence the 9th Floor refurbishment works from late June 2021.

Works include 90 minute rated water based intumescent painting to the floor beams along with fire board board protection to columns. This will be a “fast track” contract with completion in just 4 weeks.
